Monitor deliveries by freight carriers. Represent the company at external events, including trade fairs, fashion shows, showrooms, among others. Manage the active customer portfolio for the current collection. Suggest billing plans to facilitate item separation, invoicing, and dispatch. Control advance cash-on-delivery orders. Assist representatives by evaluating their needs and providing specific support; administer orders outside standard commercial policy, aiming for approval or rejection; collaborate with the finance team to analyze customer credit limits for purchases; participate in the credit and collections committee, jointly analyzing with other involved departments the status of orders placed by delinquent customers; manage showroom composition, distribution, and collections, monitoring the entire process to ensure adherence to established deadlines; execute representative hiring and/or termination procedures, ensuring compliance with legal obligations; fully comply with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards; perform other related duties as required by the company. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education.
