**JOB SUMMARY:**
Responsible for keeping the company supplied with products and services, evaluating optimal cost-effectiveness within quality criteria. Ensure the company has all necessary materials and supplies to operate without interruption. Negotiate best prices and terms, contributing to reduced operational costs. Ensure purchased products and services meet the company's quality standards. Contract and monitor third-party maintenance services.
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Research and select suppliers
* Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms to obtain the best possible conditions.
* Track purchase order status from issuance through delivery, ensuring everything proceeds as planned.
* Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
* Conduct analyses to ensure purchases are economically advantageous for the company.
* Record and issue purchase orders in the system, detailing required product and service specifications.
* Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to facilitate future negotiations and resolve potential issues.
* Contract and monitor third-party maintenance services.

* Management Software: Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other supplier management software;
* Procurement Methodologies: Strategic Sourcing — a methodology for identifying and selecting strategic suppliers;
* Basic knowledge of Tax, Labor, and Fiscal Legislation: Understanding laws and regulations affecting procurement and contracts;
* Ability to plan and organize procurement activities efficiently and strategically;
Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with suppliers and other company departments;
* **EDUCATION:**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Management Processes.
Postgraduate studies in Strategic Management or Supply Chain Engineering are desirable.
