DESCRIPTION Responsibilities Identify, register, and direct guests, customers, suppliers, and visitors to their desired areas. Receive and verify correspondence materials. Handle telephone calls at the front desk. JOB INFORMATION Conduct patrols throughout the entire hotel premises; Record incidents and report them to management; Complete registration forms for guest and visitor entries; Verify guest check-outs; Receive and verify correspondence materials; Control the entry of customers, suppliers, and visitors.
