Job Summary: An Internal Communications professional responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring communication initiatives, creating content, and supporting events. Key Highlights: 1. Support in organizing corporate events. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Someone to join our **Communications** team, responsible for executing internal communication tasks (for employees), adapting messages, and feeding and monitoring communication channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Develop, implement, and monitor communication initiatives; * Ensure standardized content across forums and communication meetings; * Create graphics for campaigns and announcements; * Draft content for communication channels; * Support event organization. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Proficiency in the OFFICE suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) is mandatory; * Academic degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Experience in internal communications; * Skills in graphic creation and video editing (Adobe suite or rapid-editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Lumen5\). **Additional Information** **Smurfit Westrock**, a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging, operates in 40 countries with over 500 packaging conversion operations and 59 paper mills.
