Senior Occupational Safety Technician

In this role, your primary responsibilities will be: * Monitor and actively participate in ABVTEX compliance audits; * Serve as a technical assistant in labor and social security expert assessments; * Record and manage occupational health and safety (OHS) events in e-Social; * Operate and keep data updated in the Senior Management Software; * Identify, assess, and control environmental hazards; * Lead the development, review, and monitoring of legal documents such as PGR, PPP, and LTCAT; * Conduct incident and accident investigations using root cause analysis methodologies; * Develop and deliver regulatory training, DDS, SIPAT, and awareness campaigns; * Provide technical advisory support to CIPA and coordinate the Emergency Brigade; * Collaborate integrally with operational and administrative departments to promote a culture of prevention and continuous improvement. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Experience in labor and social security expert assessments; * Experience in audits and compliance requirements, especially ABVTEX; * Experience with Senior Management Software; * Proficiency in recording and managing OHS events in e-Social; * Driver's license, Category B; * Preferred: specialization in Occupational Hygiene.
