Responsibilities: * Provide remote concierge service; * Register residents in the system; * Prepare a daily report on incidents occurring that day; * Support customers via communication platforms; * Conduct tactical patrols when required. Requirements: * Excellent communication and writing skills; * Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team; * Proficiency in computer applications. Working Hours: \- 6x12 rotating shift (day shift): Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM; alternating weekends (Saturday and Sunday), 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a one-hour break.
