Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant to learn and develop skills in the manufacturing of doors and windows, with a focus on professional growth toward becoming a Production Operator. We are looking for a Production Assistant for our Pomerode facility. This professional will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in the manufacturing of doors and windows, aiming to grow and become a Production Operator in the future. Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in operating machines and equipment on the PVC and aluminum doors and windows production line. * Support production operators in monitoring and adjusting machine parameters to ensure product quality. * Perform inspection and quality control tasks under supervision, ensuring products meet Weiku standards. * Collaborate in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, learning from experienced operators. * Strictly adhere to company safety, health, and environmental regulations. * Actively participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements and Qualifications * Interest in learning and developing within the industrial production field. * Ability to work in a team and follow detailed instructions. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Good physical fitness to perform tasks requiring effort. * Availability to work rotating shifts, if required. Desirable Requirements * Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and supervisors. * Capacity to communicate clearly and follow detailed instructions. * Manual dexterity for handling tools and production components. * Basic knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment operation. * Good physical condition to perform tasks requiring effort, such as lifting and moving materials. * Ability to work in a production environment that may require prolonged standing or constant movement. * Focus on ensuring tasks are performed accurately. * Ability to identify and correct minor errors during the production process.
