What will you do at Almah?
Support leadership development by guiding coordinators and managers on best practices in people management;
Organize and lead internal rituals and culture initiatives, such as team meetings, value recognition, and employee engagement activities;
Monitor and structure climate surveys, consolidate insights, and support action plans alongside leadership;
Promote organizational culture and encourage decision-making aligned with company values;
Plan and execute internal marketing initiatives (e.g., celebrations, internal campaigns, welcome kits, internal communications);
Design and conduct onboarding for new employees, introducing them to company culture, processes, and integration timelines;
Support leadership during in-person final interviews;
Contribute to the continuous evolution of People & Management practices.
What we expect from you
Experience in generalist HR or Organizational Development;
Experience supporting leadership on people management topics (e.g., feedback, climate, development, performance, conflict resolution);
Experience working in technology companies;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Organization and ability to prioritize multiple tasks;
Availability to work 100% on-site in Brusque/SC during business hours.
**ADDITIONAL ASSETS:**
Prior experience in internal communications and employee experience.
Experience applying agile methodologies.
**WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION:**
On-site in Brusque.
Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
