With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized and well-presented, and packaging them according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene, safety, quality standards, and targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to the production of various bakery products (aligned with the bakery’s product mix) by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, baking, frying, cutting, and packaging products, adhering to production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; Help reduce waste by properly arranging displays according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities as per schedules, production protocols, and recipes; Assist in product counting for stock assessments, controls, and inventories; Ensure and maintain cleanliness and organization of the department, equipment, and utensils through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as required; REQUIREMENTS **Academic qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** R.
