We offer recruitment and professional development services for companies and candidates. **Responsibilities:** Will work remotely for customer service, while also performing on-site duties at the company’s office, supporting a portfolio of 10–12 clients in the region. Responsible for managing online sales using contacts provided by the company, with no need for external visits or business travel. Key responsibilities: Provide exclusive remote customer service and support via digital channels (WhatsApp, phone, and e-mail), ensuring clear and professional communication. Conduct online sales by sending messages, voice notes, photos, and informational materials to customers. Monitor ongoing negotiations and keep the team updated on requirements and changes. Record interactions and maintain an organized history of customer service activities. Support the commercial team in sales strategies and relationship management. Previous experience as Sales Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Customer Service Assistant, or Commercial Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the tasks associated with this position. High school diploma required.
