If you want to expand your talent, join us on this journey full of opportunities, development, and strong collaboration — moving you toward an unexplored universe! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map processes with focus on operational and technology areas, identifying risks, control points, and improvement opportunities; * Develop and update Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs), ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements; * Assess control efficiency (design) and effectiveness (adherence) through testing, documented evidence, and interviews; * Conduct periodic internal control tests based on recognized frameworks such as COSO and NIST to strengthen the control environment; * Identify and assess inherent and residual risks in processes, proposing corrective and preventive actions for mitigation—including risks in business-critical systems—aligned with technological resilience capabilities; * Execute risk-based work plans and tests, ensuring identification and validation of internal controls across business and technology areas; * Analyze and approve action plans arising from non-conformities identified during Operational Risk, Information Security, and Business Continuity assessments; * Support maturity diagnostics in Information Security (gaps, recommendations, action plans) from an Operational and Technological Risk perspective; * Monitor implementation of action plans, ensuring risks are mitigated and controls enhanced; * Contribute to team efforts in automating operational tasks and developing tools and solutions that strengthen internal controls; * Act as a risk and control culture ambassador, promoting training, knowledge sharing, and best practices in a collaborative environment; * Provide technical support to business areas in formalizing processes, controls, and action plans; * Interact with Internal Audit to validate the effectiveness of existing controls and propose improvements when necessary; * Develop, monitor, and review Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Control Indicators (KCIs), ensuring continuous process monitoring; * Contribute to management reporting for senior leadership, ensuring clear, concise, and stakeholder-aligned communication; * Engage with the Three Lines of Defense model (IIA), supporting organizational risk and control management. * Monitor technological trends and propose innovations for the area (automation, AI); **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential:** * **Availability for hybrid work in Blumenau.** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Statistics, or related fields; * Ongoing or completed postgraduate studies in auditing, risk and controls, controller functions, or related areas. * Practical experience in Operational Risk and/or Internal Controls; * Experience with Normatives 4.557/17 and 4.968/21; **Preferred:** * Knowledge of COBIT and ISO 27001; * Certification in ITIL/COBIT/FBB800; * Experience in financial institutions. **Additional Information** WHAT ELSE DO WE OFFER? * Medical Assistance – it’s good to have when needed * Dental Assistance – because we love smiles here * Renascer Program – one life renews another * Significant Dates – we love feeling what truly matters * Education Investment – we’re with you on your learning journey ;) * Profit Sharing – we build together and celebrate together on Perten\-ser Day! * Individual Development Plan – we value your career ownership * Private Pension Plan – we like thinking about future possibilities * Life Insurance – important, right? rs * Time Together – we recognize those who enjoy being with us * Meal and/or Food Allowance – delicious! * Transportation Allowance – no deductions?
