This could be your new challenge to **learn, grow, transform, and innovate**, with the opportunity to **develop your career** at one of the **leading software companies** in **Brazil.** **Join this amazing company!** **Become a Benner!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, requirements, and constraints, creating the Project Charter and obtaining stakeholder approval. * Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, including the client, senior management, the project team, and other interested parties. * Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. * Comply with and apply Benner’s implementation methodology and ensure project adherence. * Negotiate and prepare proposals for new requirements arising during project implementation, and update these new requirements within the respective project schedule in the management system. * Ensure timely signing of acceptance documents and proper client transition to operations upon project completion. * Document control, contracts, law firm requests, event presentations, reports, and others; * Collection of documents related to the company’s law firms concerning litigation (deadlines, deadlines, permits, others); * Preparation of internal monitoring reports and performance management reports; * Support the Project Coordinator in requests for approval of Loan Agreements, Addendums/Contracts, and others. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Knowledge of project methodologies (traditional and/or agile); * Experience in project management; * Experience in continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects; * Innovation mindset—seeking to do things differently and better; * Simplicity—focusing on ease and speed. **Additional Information** * Meal/food allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Birthday day off * Transportation allowance * Corporate University: IPED / Allura — Free corporate education platform; * Certification Incentive: Additional remuneration per certification, according to current policy (available after 3 months of employment) * Education Assistance: Reimbursement of up to 50% for postgraduate or MBA programs (available after 3 months of employment) * Wedding Assistance (available after 1 year of employment); * Daycare Assistance (values adjusted annually for children up to 60 months); * Maternity/Paternity Bonus: Hospital discharge kit for newborns; * TotalPass For 28 years, in Blumenau — Santa Catarina, a dream was born: transforming the technology sector through software that simplifies daily business management for thousands of companies.
