Job Summary: We are seeking a .Net Developer to join our Technology team, focused on developing and optimizing digital solutions while ensuring best practices and innovation throughout the entire development lifecycle. Opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment We are looking for a **.Net Developer** to join our **Technology** team. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM Join us in developing digital solutions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop new features, updates, and optimize resources in Back-End applications using technologies, frameworks, and libraries commonly adopted by the company; * Support requirement gathering with clients and identify the most suitable technologies for existing needs; * Perform *Deployments* of new versions to ensure application functionality; * Improve application performance and scalability to enhance user experience or optimize resources; * Participate in the full development lifecycle—from architecture design through production system maintenance and debugging; * Ensure adherence to best development practices by contributing to project definition, code reviews, testing, maintenance, and creation of technical and functional documentation; * Guarantee secure development practices to protect data; * Design database structures (relational and non-relational) and architectures for use in applications; * Diagnose and debug system errors; * Provide support to the development team; * Assist in defining technologies, techniques, and standards to be followed in the company's Systems Development area; * Promote agile culture and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * Experience with C\#, .Net, and databases (preferably SQL Server, PostgreSQL); * Strong knowledge of Software Engineering best practices (Clean Architecture, SOLID, Clean Code); * Experience with APIs and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP); * Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here?** * A distinctive and relaxed work environment; * Organization and transparency; * Engaged and happy people; * Celebration of our achievements; * Meal or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * SESC membership benefits; * Partnership school benefits; * Unimed health plan (optional enrollment); * Telemedicine services via Conexa; * Citizen company policy (6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave); * Banked hours; * Growth opportunities.
