With multifamily management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and pastries by selecting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized and attractively presented, and packaging them according to established standards, while following production schedules and protocols; additionally, serve and sell to customers by offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with company rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Support store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized counter service to customers; when necessary, guide customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Contribute to the production of various bakery-related items by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, company rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously restocking display counters and ensuring correct pricing per established rules and standards; Boost bakery department sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and positive customer engagement; Help reduce losses by organizing displays correctly according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) principles and producing quantities as scheduled, following production protocols and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices through daily checks; remove products with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain department organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance when needed; Process customer payments at the bakery checkout when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist with related tasks as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** R.
