Job Summary: The Butcher Assistant will support activities including selection, cutting, weighing, packaging, and restocking of meats, ensuring organization and excellent customer service. Maintenance of hygiene and organization within the department About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in activities involving selection, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking of various types of meat, maintaining them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, schedules, and production protocols; additionally provide customer service and sales, offering products and clarifying inquiries per rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and defined targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, advise customers on product types and derivatives, prepare, package, weigh, and deliver items to customers; Support selection, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking of various types of meat, maintaining them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, schedules, protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; also place trimmings, fats, and tallow into the collector box for sale to bone-processing factories; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously replenishing product display counters and applying correct pricing, following predefined rules and standards; Reduce shrinkage and discrepancies by conducting frequent inventory counts and ensuring proper handling and storage of meat; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Support receiving, transportation, and organization of products, preparing and storing them in cold and refrigerated chambers; maintain cleanliness and optimal operational conditions of the area, adhering to hygiene, safety, and predefined standards; Assist in physical inventory counts, controls, and stocktaking; Monitor product appearance and expiration dates daily, remove items with damaged or expired packaging or lacking identification; Assist in preparing seasonings and roasting meats and other items as needed; Maintain department organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist in related tasks as required; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** R.
