We want to meet you! **JOIN US AND GROW TOGETHER!** #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the immediate supervisor in planning and executing operational routines, ensuring established goals and deadlines are met to guarantee process efficiency and alignment of activities with the company’s strategic objectives; * Inspect organization and maintenance of areas, climate-controlled chambers, and department equipment, reporting maintenance or adjustment needs to contribute to a functional and safe environment; * Assist in inventory and product shelf-life control, monitoring storage, application of the PVPS method, and proper product display to prevent waste and ensure merchandise availability; * Ensure inspection and replacement of displayed products exhibiting abnormalities regarding storage condition or expiration date, thereby guaranteeing food quality and safety; * Perform loss prevention and control activities by evaluating at-risk products, proposing preventive actions, and monitoring operational processes to reduce waste and maximize departmental results; * Monitor restocking and organization of products on shelves and refrigerated counters, ensuring proper identification with price tags, tare labels, and expiration dates according to the defined layout, to guarantee attractive display and compliance with internal standards; * Monitor temperatures of climate-controlled areas and equipment, flagging irregularities and reporting required adjustments or maintenance to ensure appropriate storage conditions and product preservation; * Actively participate in receiving goods inspections, verifying condition, invoices, and order compliance to guarantee sector quality and organization; * Perform other related tasks as required or requested by the immediate supervisor. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education #### **Benefits:** * Unimed health plan; * Dental plan; * Cafeteria with coffee; * Baby kit; * Life insurance; * Training programs; * Transportation allowance; * Monthly performance bonus; * Uniform; * University scholarship; * Disciplinary evaluation; * Five-year service award; * Professional advancement; * Childcare assistance; * Purchase discount program; * Pharmacy discount program;
