An opportunity for those who like to make things happen. **Termotelhas Weber** is hiring an organized, responsible individual with a strong sense of follow-up to manage post-sales order control. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Verify orders, contracts, signatures, measurements, quantities, and information; * Check available stock materials and purchasing needs; * Control purchases, suppliers, and delivery deadlines; * Monitor and follow up with suppliers; * Conduct item-by-item verification of received materials; * Monitor production progress and completion deadlines; * Update customers on order status; * Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments; * Schedule deliveries and pickups with customers; * Organize information for drivers and freight carriers; * Perform physical inventory count and verification once per month. **CANDIDATE PROFILE** * Highly organized and detail-oriented; * Proactive and responsible; * Strong communication skills; * Sense of urgency and follow-up ability; * Ability to effectively follow up on deadlines and pending items; * Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** Experience in **order control, logistics, procurement, supplier management, inventory, or operations**.
