Position: Operational Manager We are looking for an Operational Manager to lead our team and ensure the company operates smoothly. We seek a hands-on professional with an owner mindset—someone who leads by example and is willing to assume operational duties whenever necessary. Responsibilities: * Overall coordination of the dining area, kitchen, delivery, and customer service. * Store opening and closing, cash reconciliation, and daily reporting. * Team management: scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and daily alignment meetings. * Inventory monitoring, procurement, and sector organization. * Ensuring quality standards across all products and processes. * Resolving unexpected issues and assuming operational duties during staff shortages (e.g., customer service, assembly, restocking, kitchen support). * Directly engaging in operations whenever necessary to ensure workflow efficiency, quality, and customer service. * Maintaining an organized workplace, motivating the team, and serving customers when required. Requirements: * Proven experience managing restaurants, pizzerias, or other food service operations. * Practical, resilient, organized profile with firm yet fair leadership skills. * Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (except Mondays). * Ability to resolve problems quickly and maintain a balanced work environment. * Knowledge of operational and administrative routines. Working Hours: \- 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM; Fridays and Saturdays until midnight\. \- Collective day off on Monday Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month
