You will be responsible for managing a broad spectrum of services—from building maintenance to traffic fine administration—ensuring all operations run efficiently and within budget. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate service providers across multiple areas, including fleet management, insurance, custodial services, alarm monitoring, building and fleet maintenance, hospitality, travel, and more. * Ensure compliance with company processes and policies, as well as cost optimization across all operational areas. * Manage and coordinate expense advances and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures. * Plan and control accommodations, airfare, and vehicle rentals, optimizing resources and ensuring effective logistics. * Administer the company fleet, including vehicle management, traffic fine records, and resolution of related issues, maintaining smooth and efficient operations. * Prepare detailed and recurring reports for executive management, delivering valuable insights into departmental operations. * Develop cost consolidation models to support financial analysis and control within the department. * Perform other tasks and activities necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the Operations Department. **Essential Requirements:** * Strong alignment with company values and ability to represent them in all interactions. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a holistic perspective. * Proven experience in facilities management and/or procurement, preferably within a dynamic corporate environment. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively resolve issues—even outside regular working hours.
