Conducting research and data analysis to support decision-making. ### **Job Title** Junior Apprentice \- Blumenau/SC ### **Job Description** **Your role:** * Assist in managing a specific departmental support process that indirectly impacts Tasy’s medical technology products (e.g., audit processes within the Finance department), collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations while demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Support daily activities of a specific department, typically involving strategic, operational, and/or administrative tasks to meet the dynamic environment and goals of continuous improvement, exercising autonomy within established procedures. * Conduct research on relevant topics and areas as requested by the manager/supervisor, investigating current trends, industry best practices, and the competitive landscape to provide comprehensive insights and support the strategic direction of ongoing projects and initiatives. * Analyze data related to departmental projects as requested by the manager/supervisor, identifying significant trends, patterns, and anomalies, and providing practical recommendations that drive data-driven decision-making. * Participate in team meetings, contributing innovative ideas and strategic insights, and preparing detailed minutes accurately reflecting discussions, decisions, and action items to ensure effective communication and follow-up within the team. * Assist in preparing and presenting reports or conclusions for internal purposes and external stakeholders, as requested by the manager/supervisor, ensuring all findings are presented with maximum accuracy and clarity. * Organize and maintain departmental documentation and files, systematically categorizing and archiving records, reports, and other essential documents to ensure easy accessibility and retrievability, thereby enhancing departmental operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. * Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and best practices, and learn technical skills relevant to the industry, demonstrating a business-oriented and growth-focused mindset.
