So move with us!* \#we**move**towin **Job Description** * Manage complaints (0h, field, NTC) and lead quality problem-solving initiatives; * Monitor quality cost indicators such as IDC, EDC, and Scrap; * Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives; * Disseminate and coach the 14 Q\-Basics on the shop floor; * Interface with customers (internal and external) and Rexroth plants in international locations. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in planning/technical roles within **Quality, Manufacturing**, or related areas. * Advanced level **English**. * Experience applying core tools (APQP, PPAP, 8D (Problem Solving), SPC, MSA). * **Problem Solving Expert certification** is a plus. **Applications accepted until 04/30/2026\.** **Additional Information*** *This position is open to persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals.*
