This selection process will be conducted online and consists of the following stages:

* Document review (24-hour deadline for submission after request);
* Practical Assessment (Online case study \+ In-person interview): Time allowed for test completion: 55 minutes; interview duration approximately 30 minutes, including 10 minutes for presentation of the practical test and 20 minutes for panel questions;
* Final result.
