Job Summary: Professional to perform implementation and configuration of Benner HR solutions, user training, and technical support—aiming to optimize systems and processes for clients. Description: * Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience in personnel department routines and with social security and labor legislation; * Experience in human resource management routines such as training, performance management, etc.; * Experience providing support for human resource management systems or implementing/configuring such systems; * Proactivity and focus on delivery; * SQL and VBA knowledge preferred. The HR vertical is undergoing constant evolution, with modules covering finance, accounting, taxation, commerce, and HR subsystems—including people management, payroll, strategic HR risk management.
