ABOUT THE POSITION: We are seeking a dynamic, organized individual with experience in the textile industry who enjoys working with people and processes! The Facilitator's role is to ensure smooth production operations by bridging cutting and sewing departments. Responsibilities include monitoring production flow, tracking material inflows and outflows, prioritizing tasks, batch sorting, handling accessories, and organizing the warehouse. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in the textile industry (apparel/fashion); * Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes (from cutting to finishing); * Strong communication and leadership skills; * Organizational ability and agility to manage multiple demands; * Proactive problem-solving skills; * Familiarity with technical specifications, patterns, and sewing (a plus).
