Job Summary: Responsible for planning, controlling, and scheduling production; analyzing capacity; defining schedules; optimizing resources; monitoring KPIs; and driving continuous improvement. Resource optimization and waste minimization Minimum 2 years of proven experience in PCP required. Responsible for production planning, control, and scheduling. Production capacity analysis, production schedule definition, and identification of required resources to meet demand. Inventory control and material management, aiming to optimize resources and minimize waste. Monitoring of production KPIs, performance analysis, and implementation of continuous improvements. Preparation of reports and data-driven strategic decision-making based on production data. Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.957,68 \- R$3\.393,34 per month
