Apply now!** We are looking for an agile and creative **Social Media** professional responsible for creating, managing, and monitoring digital content to increase brand or company visibility and engagement on social media platforms. **Responsibilities:** * **Social Media Management**: manage and optimize social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok). * **Content Creation**: develop engaging and relevant content (images, videos, text) tailored to different platforms. * **Social Media Advertising**: optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. * **Data Analysis**: interpret social media performance metrics and data, adjusting strategies based on analytical insights. * **SEO and Content Marketing**: understanding of SEO techniques and content marketing practices to optimize post reach and engagement. **Requirements:** * Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Proven experience of 3–5 years in social media management, with a track record of successful campaigns. * Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or online advertising are preferred. * Ability to innovate in campaign and content creation, staying current with trends and proposing new approaches to boost engagement. * Skill in collaborating with design and marketing teams. * Experience with paid advertising, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. * Strong ability to create and manage content calendars, prioritize tasks, and meet established campaign deadlines. * Must reside in Pomerode or surrounding areas. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **We Offer** * On-site cafeteria * Life insurance * Attendance bonus * Transportation allowance or Vale Transporte * Benefits cards * Birthday bonus * Discounts at our stores * Partnership with ACIP * Discounts at partner establishments Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$3.000,00 – R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Commercial partnership agreements and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Vale-transporte Work Location: On-site
