About us GTOP consists of the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard and Preceiro Atacadista. With a multi-family management structure, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for monitoring, investigating, controlling, and preventing product stockouts in the sales area by implementing preventive and corrective practices and procedures. Additionally, finding ways to improve processes used across various company departments for handling and preserving products, using strategies aimed at reducing breakage and deviation rates. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure daily entries are completed. Report deviations to management. Perform checklist before cycle count (all invoices recorded, previous billing integrated). Monthly inventory counts must comply with required quantities. All system adjustments and recounting activities must be completed within the month. **Check the need for cycle counts based on demand:** High-volume items, high-risk items. Separate daily, by supplier, expired, damaged, or otherwise unsellable goods. Maintain updated quantities and item records in the system. Ensure inventory is always organized to facilitate counting. Require that no open packaging remains in inventory. Request transfer to the sales area of all opened packages. Take care of equipment and workplace. Assist in other tasks when verifying whether the registered price is valid.
