Job Summary: Our Technical Support team works remotely to resolve customers' technical questions and issues, always aiming for first-contact resolution and ensuring adherence to deadlines. Strive to resolve issues on the customer's first contact When our customers have questions or encounter technical issues with our services' functionality, the Technical Support team steps in to assist remotely. We want your resume in our inbox now/immediately/ASAP! :) **This and all other posted positions are open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist customers through communication channels. * Generate and provide the customer with a service protocol number. * Identify and seek resolution for requests. * Conduct basic troubleshooting tests with customers to diagnose issues. * Escalate to Level 2 Analysts when necessary. * Identify and ensure compliance with SLA deadlines for dedicated customers, interconnection, or government clients. * Forward cases to the Maintenance department upon identifying physical issues that cannot be resolved remotely. * Strive to resolve issues on the customer's first contact; if not possible, escalate to the responsible department. * Adhere to company-established deadlines and regulations, as well as applicable legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Knowledge of networking and maintenance, logical reasoning, strong communication skills, organization, and responsibility. **Education:** Completed high school. Technical or higher education in a related field is considered a plus. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM **\-** 4-hour daily shift.
