




Job Summary: The Technical Support team is seeking professionals to assist customers remotely with technical questions or issues, providing support and seeking resolutions. Key Highlights: 1. We want your resume in our inbox now! :) **This and all other listed positions are open to persons with disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist customers via communication channels; * Generate and provide the customer with a service protocol number; * Identify and seek resolution of the request; * Conduct basic tests with customers to diagnose issues; * Escalate to Level 2 Analysts when necessary; * Identify and ensure adherence to SLA deadlines for dedicated, interconnection, or government clients; * Forward cases to the Maintenance department upon identifying physical issues that cannot be resolved remotely; * Aim for resolution on the customer’s first contact. If not possible, escalate to the responsible department; * Respect deadlines and rules established by the company or legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Knowledge of networks and maintenance, logical reasoning; Strong communication skills; Flexibility and adaptability to business, people, and processes; Innovative mindset. **Education:** Completed high school.
