With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for operating the checkout and serving customers in compliance with established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning merchandise, collecting payments, performing cash withdrawals, closing the register, and preparing financial reports at the end of each shift. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the checkout by following protocols, rules, regulations, and pre-established standards; scanning/weighing products, consulting code tables, checking product labels, verifying weight on scales and system correspondence; processing payments; for checks, confirming prior authorization and making proper notations on the back; for cash, verifying authenticity; Ensure cash withdrawals during the shift and register closing by counting cash, reconciling totals, signing documentation, and delivering it to the Supervisor and/or depositing into a safe or 24-hour vault to avoid excessive exposed cash and ensure accurate financial reporting; Contribute to achieving targets of ongoing campaigns by offering available products and services, identifying missing items, and informing the Supervisor for appropriate action; Contribute to reducing front-end checkout losses through preventive measures such as minimizing bag waste, preventing theft, promptly returning perishables, etc. Maintain the workplace and equipment in optimal working and clean condition; request bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist in separating merchandise for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Assist with related tasks as needed, including shelf stocking, checkout stand replenishment, product pricing and expiration date verification, gift packaging, etc. Requirements **Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** R.
