### **Job Title** Quality Analyst (QMS) ### **Job Description** You will be part of a global quality-focused team and interact across various interfaces, supporting best practices and assisting with audits. * Ensures that Quality Management Systems (QMS) remain up-to-date, compatible, and operate effectively within the defined scope. * Responsible for transforming specific QMS processes into the unified PQMS structure. * Monitors and aligns QMS management processes, ensuring all scoped process systems and tools comply with applicable standards. * Supervises local QMS processes, ensuring all activities under its governance have clearly defined and assigned responsibilities. * Ensures document control is well-organized, training profiles are correctly assigned, and training administration functions properly within the scope. * Defines, monitors, and responds to metrics regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of the document management system, evaluating its ability to meet business needs. Requirements: * **Completed Bachelor’s degree;** * **Availability to work in a hybrid model at one of the locations listed above;** * Solid experience working in regulated industry QMS and document control tools, preferably in the healthcare sector; * Experience in document and record control, corrective and preventive actions; * Strong IT skills, including MS Word (advanced user), Excel, Visio, and related MS Office applications; * **Good communication and documentation skills in English;** Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry; **How We Work Together** We believe we generate greater impact when we are together rather than apart.
