Apply now and keep your profile updated. #ProudToBeClamed #PeopleCaringForPeople **Responsibilities and Duties** * Substitutes pharmacists at branch locations during vacations, days off, or leave—including in other cities—as required; * Receives medical prescriptions and dispenses medications, instructing clients on correct usage; * Completes transactions by processing payments for products/medications; * Manages inventory and dispensing of controlled substances, based on medical prescriptions; * Authorizes product discounts for customers; * Resolves occasional issues related to health insurance plans, cards, fiscal cancellations, sales returns, and other store activities; * Manages staff, including scheduling and task delegation; * Assists in implementing and maintaining the 5S program at the branch, ensuring compliance; * Conducts cash drawer counts, reconciling system records with physical cash to prevent discrepancies; * Completes store temperature control logs—including refrigerator and psychotropic drug storage room—ensuring temperatures comply with sanitary surveillance regulations; * Verifies batch numbers of psychotropic drugs and antibiotics, confirming alignment between physical product batches, system records, and distributor invoices; requests correction letters when necessary; * Prepares reports on incoming invoices for psychotropic drugs and antibiotics; * Cross-checks prescription reports to verify whether dispensed medications align with prescribed medical instructions, and subsequently submits files to the National System for Managing Controlled Products (SNGPC); * Conducts weekly stock balances for psychotropic drugs and antibiotics, generating reports from the Back-Office System and verifying inventory accuracy; * Performs monthly reconciliation of these stock balances, identifying potential inventory discrepancies for medications and products; * Adjusts order receipt discrepancies via system, as needed; * Administers injectables when working at Drogaria Catarinense; * Performs ear-piercing procedures when working at Drogaria Catarinense, using appropriate tools such as piercing guns. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; * Full availability to work flexible hours; * Active Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) registration. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** **Transportation Voucher** – A benefit designed to facilitate employees’ commute to their workplace; **Meal Voucher (R$500.00/month)** – A monthly allowance to assist employees with food expenses, ensuring adequate and balanced meals during working hours; **Viva + Care** – An online platform connecting users with healthcare professionals (general practitioners, psychologists, nutritionists, physical educators, and nurses).
