Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing and reviewing credit guarantees, conducting documentary and technical analysis of credit operations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on minimizing socio-environmental risks in agribusiness. Effective collaboration with internal departments and external partners. **City:** Gaspar**State:** Santa Catarina (BR\-SC)**Country:** Brazil (BR)**Job ID:** 43935 **Key Responsibilities:** Drafting, reviewing, and managing credit guarantee instruments (mortgages, fiduciary assignments, CPRs, credit notes, among others), ensuring the legal and financial security of operations. * Conducting in-depth documentary and technical analyses of credit operations, ensuring compliance with the company’s internal policies and applicable regulations. * Facilitating effective interface and collaboration with internal departments (Commercial, Credit, Legal) and external partners (notaries, suppliers, etc.), optimizing processes related to guarantees. * Contributing to the preparation of detailed management reports on guarantee status and sustainability indicators. * * Conducting analysis and management of environmental restrictions and blockages, focusing on agribusiness operations, aiming to minimize risks and ensure the company’s socio-environmental responsibility. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of legislation governing credit guarantee instruments (e.g., mortgages, fiduciary assignments, CPRs) and/or experience in analyzing socio-environmental restrictions. * Completed undergraduate degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills (mandatory). * Ability to critically read and interpret legal documents and contracts. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Fluency in English and/or Spanish (advanced level). * Experience with ERP systems. **See also our benefits:** * Medical and dental assistance.
