With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and controlling front-end cashier activities, guiding and clarifying doubts for cashiers and packers regarding their daily tasks, approving operations, providing necessary materials to the team, organizing meetings, and primarily attending to customers—following established protocols, rules, standards, and procedures—to ensure excellence in service and accuracy in the store’s financial transactions. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure implementation of front-end cashier operational procedures by guiding and monitoring daily routines, deadlines, and prescribed methods; performing loads on PDVs and scales; checking prices; providing and clarifying doubts; monitoring cashier transaction discrepancies (cash movements and loss prevention); organizing informational and supportive meetings; and handling diverse customer requests; Ensure correct execution of daily cashier cash withdrawals and closings, conducting cash counts and reconciling them with the system to ensure accuracy in the store’s financial transactions; Guarantee and organize customer flow to prevent queues; Ensure compliance with internal conduct, service, and security policies; Contribute to reducing front-end cashier losses by implementing preventive measures—including minimizing bag waste, preventing thefts, and expediting returns of perishable items, etc.; Manage personnel scheduling, including leave planning, overtime bank, vacation arrangements, and other work-hour-related demands, through monitoring managerial reports provided by the HR department and by guiding employees; Promote professional development and team motivation through continuous guidance and feedback, performance monitoring, and technical training; Provide support and assistance for related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed High School **Specific Knowledge:** Cashier operations, financial transactions **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** Av.
