Real opportunities for career growth within the company Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.500,00 per month Job Description: Position: Elderly Caregiver – Morada das Flores Branch, Rua Werner Duwe 2515, Testo Salto neighborhood We are looking for a committed, caring, and attentive elderly caregiver to provide daily support to our residents. We seek someone who cares with love, respect, and responsibility for the basic and emotional needs of elderly individuals. Main Responsibilities: Assisting with personal hygiene, nutrition, hydration, and mobility. Accompanying and facilitating social activities. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. Requirements: Elderly caregiver training course (mandatory; may be completed online). Preference given to candidates with experience in nursing homes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Availability for daytime shifts. Availability for a 12x36 work schedule. We Offer: Salary: R$ 2.000 + hazardous duty allowance (with experience); after gaining experience: R$2250 + hazardous duty allowance. Transportation voucher (BLUMOB).
