With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for operating the cash register and serving customers, following established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning merchandise and collecting payments; performing cash drawer withdrawals; closing the register; and submitting financial reports at the end of each shift. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the cash register by adhering to established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/weighing products; consulting the product code table; checking product labels, scale weight, and system accuracy; processing payments; verifying prior authorization for checks and making appropriate notations on the reverse side; and authenticating cash when necessary; Ensure cash drawer withdrawals during the shift and proper register closing, including counting cash, reconciling totals, signing reports, and delivering them to the Supervisor and/or depositing funds into a safe or 24-hour cash box to prevent accumulation of exposed cash and ensure accurate financial reporting; Contribute to achieving targets of ongoing campaigns by promoting available products and services, identifying missing items, and promptly notifying the Supervisor for corrective action; Help reduce front-end losses by proactively minimizing bag waste, preventing theft, ensuring rapid returns of perishables, etc. Maintain the workstation and equipment in perfect working and clean condition, and request bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist in sorting merchandise for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Assist with related tasks as needed, such as shelf stocking, checkout stand replenishment, product pricing and expiry date verification, gift packaging, etc. Requirements **Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** R.
