Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst to identify opportunities for process improvement, gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure technological alignment. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Business Analyst who will identify opportunities for process improvement, gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure that automation, data, and technology deliverables align with organizational and customer needs. What You Will Do Conduct process elicitation, analysis, and mapping to identify automation and operational efficiency opportunities. Prepare technical and functional documentation. Assess automation feasibility, proposing improvements based on impact, complexity, and ROI. Support the automation team in understanding business flows and rules for developing RPA, workflows, and low\-code solutions. Participate in functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and delivery validation. Monitor results of implemented automations and propose continuous adjustments. Develop dashboards, analytical reports, and executive materials to support decision-making. What We Expect From You Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or in related fields. Knowledge of process mapping. Experience with project support tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Miro, etc.). Strong analytical ability, systemic thinking, and excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Business Process Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Nice-to-Have Knowledge of RPA. Experience with Low\-Code/No\-Code platforms. Familiarity with data structures, API integrations, and automation logic. Knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau). Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
