Send us your resume! **This and all other listed positions are open to People with Disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide remote customer service via telephone (using a headset), WhatsApp, or other company-supported service tools; * Work consultatively—presenting company solutions and performing sales and other services, such as plan migrations, account holder changes, and customer address transfers; * Verify technical feasibility with the engineering department, negotiate with customers, and advance the sales process; * Coordinate with relevant departments to schedule installations and monitor progress until activation; * Prioritize achieving established commercial and quality targets, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction; * Occasionally participate in in-person commercial activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Experience in customer service, strong communication, organization, and responsibility; Interest in technology and ability to learn about new products, plus proactivity in seeking knowledge; Flexibility and adaptability to business needs, people, and processes; Computer literacy and agility. **Education:** Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education or technical studies in Administration, Management Processes, Commercial Management, and/or related fields. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** Rotating 12x36 shift: 08:00–14:00 and 15:00–20:00.
