Management of fixed assets and compliance with Brazilian accounting standards Human Resources Consulting seeks an Accounting Analyst in Timbó (Centro). **Responsibilities:** Ensure the company's accounting excellence and compliance, guaranteeing quality, consistency, and adherence to accounting standards and best practices, with active involvement in process structuring and accounting governance. Perform and lead comprehensive accounting reconciliation. Analyze and clear accounts lacking reconciliation history. Structure, review, and maintain the chart of accounts. Manage fixed assets, including: Definition and implementation of fixed asset policy. Physical inventory of assets. Control of depreciation, disposals, and movements. Ensure accounting compliance with Brazilian standards and best practices. Verify and validate transactions such as: Interest on Equity (JSCP). Dividends. Loans between related parties. Act as the technical interface with outsourced accounting, ensuring information quality. Support monthly closings, accounting analyses, and management reports. Position based in Timbó / SC. Previous experience as Financial Analyst, Cost Analyst, Controller Analyst, or Audit Analyst may indicate alignment with some activities of this role. High school diploma required.
