### **CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES AGENT** **Location:** In-person – Porto Maravilha Av. Prof. Pereira Reis, 51 – Santo Cristo ### **Responsibilities** * Attend to and contact customers, offering products and services, clarifying doubts, and providing information on features according to pre-established procedures; * Argue and negotiate with end customers, following customer service standards and operational scripts; * Perform various technical procedures as requested via email and/or phone; * Record all customer interactions in the system, accurately describing actions taken; * Classify and tabulate customer interactions according to the "tabulation tree", defining severity level, priority, and criticality of the request; * Monitor internal departments’ compliance with action items and deadlines related to customer service; * Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of login credentials for operational systems; * Strictly adhere to the company’s administrative rules and procedures; * Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding work-related information and matters; * Carry out activities with a focus on achieving and exceeding established targets. ### **Requirements** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Commercial profile, with argumentation and negotiation abilities; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility regarding system records; * Ability to work toward targets and under pressure; * Teamwork aptitude. ### **Job Details** * **Salary:** BRL 1,632.00 * **Benefit:** Meal voucher or food allowance – BRL 13.45 per day * **Available shifts:** * 10:00 AM to 6:12 PM – 60-minute break * 9:20 AM to 5:40 PM – 1-hour break * **Work schedule:** 5 days on, 2 days off * **Work mode:** In-person If you enjoy customer service, sales, and daily challenges, **this opportunity is for you!** **Apply now and join our team!** Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma
