Job Summary: A professional to weld machines and equipment using various welding processes, with a focus on structural assembly and interpretation of mechanical technical drawings. Key Highlights: 1. Industrial and metalworking welding 2. Proficiency in MIG/MAG, TIG, and shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) processes 3. Reading and interpretation of technical drawings **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Weld machines and equipment using welding processes (MIG/MAG, TIG, and SMAW); * Perform structural assembly of machines and equipment; * Read and interpret mechanical technical drawings; * And other duties related to the position. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial welding or in metalworking sector companies; * Experience welding steel plates and pipes of varying thicknesses; * Knowledge of MIG/MAG, TIG, and SMAW welding processes; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Capability to handle cutting, grinding, and fitting tools for metal parts. ________________________________________________________________________________ **Working Hours** * **Monday to Thursday:** 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM — 1-hour lunch break * **Fridays:** 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM ### **Benefits** At Verdetec, we believe investing in people drives our growth.
