This role is strategic in ensuring excellence in delivering solutions that support people and internal process management, with strict adherence to quality best practices, testing, and governance. If you are passionate about quality, possess a critical eye for processes, and enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams, this opportunity is for you! * Participate in strategic corporate projects, ensuring quality in ERP and HR solution deliveries; * Plan and execute functional, integration, and regression tests; * Develop test plans and test cases based on technical and functional requirements; * Identify, document, and track resolution of bugs and non-conformities; * Collaborate closely with development teams, business analysts, and key users to ensure excellence in deliveries; * Support the definition and continuous improvement of quality processes and standards; * Contribute to test automation where applicable; * Ensure requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Solid experience as a Quality Analyst, with involvement in ERP and/or HR projects; * Knowledge of testing methodologies and quality management tools; * Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., TestLink, Zephyr, Xray) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps); * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and effective communication. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of ERP processes (Finance, Accounting, Procurement) and/or HR processes (Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits); * Experience with automated testing; * QA certifications (e.g., CTFL, CTAL, etc.); * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). **Additional Information** * Meal/food allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Birthday day off; * Transportation allowance; * Corporate University: IPED / Allura — a free corporate education platform; * Certification Incentive: Additional compensation per certification, according to current policy; * Education Assistance: Reimbursement of up to 50% for postgraduate studies or MBAs; * Wedding allowance; * Childcare allowance; * Maternity/Paternity Bonus: Hospital discharge kit for newborns; * TotalPass; * Trust Grocery Store; * Profit Sharing Program (PPR).
