Process analysis, line balancing, and capacity assessment A manufacturing company is seeking a Process Analyst in Blumenau (Itoupavazinha). **Responsibilities:** Analyze, map, and optimize production processes. Conduct time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis. Identify bottlenecks and propose technical solutions. Implement Lean Manufacturing practices (5S, Kaizen, PDCA). Monitor KPIs (productivity, efficiency, losses, rework, lead time). Support cost-reduction and productivity-increase initiatives. Conduct internal process audits and reinforce a culture of continuous improvement. Previous experience as a Process Specialist, Process Consultant, Process Coordinator, or Process Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
