This position requires aesthetic sensitivity, market vision, and attention to detail, ensuring that each creation contributes to a distinctive experience for the end customer. The Designer will work from strategic briefings, leading the creative process through to approval by the responsible Stylist, ensuring technical and conceptual alignment. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Develop original prints and graphic elements aligned with the brand’s positioning and attributes; * Translate strategic briefings into creative proposals with commercial appeal and distinct identity; * Ensure differentiation and added value through innovative creative solutions; * Manage daily workload efficiently and agilely while maintaining aesthetic standards; * Develop artwork and technical files according to production specifications, ensuring feasibility between concept and final product; * Lead the creative process through to approval by the responsible Stylist; * Maintain collaborative and ethical relationships with partner departments, ensuring smooth internal processes. ### **Key Challenges of the Position** * Balancing creativity and technical feasibility within established deadlines; * Translating trends and strategic directions into consistent commercial proposals; * Ensuring technical standardization without compromising original identity; * Working efficiently in dynamic environments with multiple simultaneous demands. ### **Technical Requirements** * Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator, for artwork creation and file finalization; * Experience or agility in using AI tools applied to design (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, or similar); * Technical knowledge of printing processes and file preparation for production; ### **Education and Experience** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Design (Fashion, Graphic, or Product), Visual Arts, or related fields; * Updated portfolio demonstrating creative repertoire, aesthetic identity, and technical proficiency.
