If you are passionate about planning, data, and strategy—and seek an environment where your ideas are welcomed and your organizational skills make a difference—this opportunity is for you! **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Monitoring and managing raw material and finished goods inventory levels, ensuring balance between demand and production. * Tracking product performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. * Proposing and implementing automation solutions to enhance process agility and accuracy. * Developing and analyzing managerial and operational reports to support strategic decision-making. * Preparing and maintaining the forecast in partnership with the commercial team. * Planning and coordinating strategic events such as product launches and promotional campaigns. **Technical profile we seek:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Information Technology. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Experience with ERP systems, especially Sapiens. * Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI. **Behavioral profile that shines here:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Commitment to deadlines and deliverables. * Analytical thinking and systemic vision. * Proactivity, strong communication skills, and collaborative spirit. * Proficiency with analytical and planning tools.
