Job Summary: Join our story as an Injection Machine Technician, responsible for programming, inspecting, assembling, and operating injection and blow molding machines. Key Highlights: 1. Daily mold programming and inspection 2. Mold assembly and adjustment to ensure quality 3. Operation of injection and blow molding machines Join our story as an Injection Machine Technician! What will be your main responsibilities? Verify the daily shift's mold change schedule; Check available molds for production and select the most suitable one for the product in question; Conduct mold inspections in advance prior to machine installation to optimize setup; Dismantle molds used in previous production, performing cleaning and preventive maintenance within your scope of responsibility; Assemble new molds, adjusting them according to product specifications and ensuring production quality; Attach the Process Technical Sheet to the machine after mold change; Operate injection and/or blow molding machines to produce parts, handling control and command devices as required; Clean molds, machines, and tools to maintain their condition and proper functioning. Perform other duties as needed; How do you stand out? ‍ ️ Basic understanding of injection machine and mold mechanics; Technical course in Plastics, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering is desirable; Availability to work in Gaspar/SC.
