The Logistics Leader is responsible for ensuring excellence in inventory management, data entry, receiving, storage, picking, and packing. This role ensures accuracy, operational fluidity, and integration among Production, PCP (Production Control and Planning), Maintenance, and Logistics. The leader will guide and develop the team, reinforcing operational discipline, safety, continuous improvement, and results orientation. Responsible for monitoring and improving key logistics indicators, implementing corrective actions, and standardizing processes.
