On-site \| Três Rios do Norte, Jaraguá do Sul/SC **Objective:** Ensure the efficiency of logistics operations through strategic carrier management, freight rate negotiation, performance monitoring, and alignment among the company, customers, and partners, guaranteeing quality, delivery deadlines, and competitive costs. **Requirements:** ✔ Logistics experience ✔ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. **Knowledge:** * Freight management and carrier contracting * Analysis and negotiation of freight rate tables * Verification of transportation documents (CT-e, MDF-e, freight invoices) * Logistics performance indicators (transportation KPIs, service level, costs) * Route planning and load/resource dimensioning for transportation * Incident management (claims, damages, delays, and returns) * Basic knowledge of transportation legislation and cargo insurance * Intermediate Excel for data analysis and reporting **Preferred Qualifications:** * Strong commercial profile with focus on negotiation and logistics cost reduction * Active relationship with carriers **Some of our benefits:** * Profit-sharing program (PLR) (per program guidelines) * Meal allowance at the company (only R$ 25/month) * One paid day off during your birthday month * Discounts on brand products * Levmed Health Plan (co-payment) * Partnerships: SESI, Fleming, CDI Jaraguá, Só Calçados, Pesque e Pague Marquezin * University tuition discounts (up to 45%) * Special occasion gifts * Salary paid on the 1st business day of each month
