Support in administrative routines within the procurement department **JOB OPENING: INDIRECT PROCUREMENT ANALYST** Amana HR Consulting, in partnership with Elevo HR Consulting, is supporting recruitment for the following opportunity: **Location:** Blumenau/SC – Salto do Norte neighborhood **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible) **Responsibilities:** * Procure indirect materials (e.g., cleaning supplies, office supplies, PPEs, uniforms, etc.) * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal conditions regarding price, quality, delivery timeline, and service * Research, request quotations from, and develop new suppliers * Issue purchase orders and monitor the process through to delivery * Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with negotiated terms * Support administrative routines within the procurement department **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Experience in indirect procurement (consumables and services) * Experience in supplier negotiation * Experience in requesting quotations, price comparisons, and purchase order tracking * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of tax-related matters * Experience with ERP systems **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance (6%) * Meal allowance: BRL 35.00 per workday * Attendance bonus: BRL 200.00 * Life insurance * On-site parking * Vehicle washing service agreement * Pharmacy agreement * Health plan with co-payment **Salary:** To be negotiated Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Work location: On-site
