Tool care and participation in improvements Description: * Incomplete Elementary Education (Completion of the 5th grade of elementary level, with Certificate). * Perform equipment MPO, inspecting components daily and arranging corrective maintenance requests when necessary, ensuring the machine remains fully operational, avoiding rework and accidents; * Perform finishing on raw or pre\-machined parts using a disc apparatus to remove part defects (ribs, excess feed, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welding), adhering to the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) specifications or part markings, ensuring compliance with customer quality standards and achieving departmental productivity indicators; * Care for tools under one's responsibility, using and storing them appropriately to preserve assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in continuous improvement projects, suggesting and contributing toward improving working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, and acting preventively. * Comply with occupational safety regulations and integrated quality management procedures to ensure employee physical integrity. * Adhere to organization and cleanliness standards established by the 5S philosophy. 2511260202401887325
